Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

International Shipping:
We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized/custom products

How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

• If you are returning for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
